I think I already saw somebody mention this, but Costco in FL has S&T 06 for $34.95 w/ a $20 rebate. No, it's not the one with the gps included, but still good for somebody with a budget system.
Microsoft must be trying to clear these out before MapPoint is released.

No, you aren't. That is regular price which most buyers likely pay. There are a lot more expensive sources to purchase S&T however. I just did a quick search and I found a price of $69.99 for the software only package at Yes, dirtcheapsoftware.com ;-)

70 bucks at dirtcheapsoftware ... I wonder what the price would be if the company isn't dirt cheap?
BTW, costco has very good price on ms products.
