that's a good way of putting it Marvin - it does tend to HEAVILY favor the largest, highest flowing roads a bit too much

I'll be very curious to find out if they tuned up the routing algorithm a little bit in the upcoming version 2.2.

We have already passed some earlier ETA's, so really we could hear about v.2.2 any day now.

Here's what I got from the iNav crew today:

"V3 will be released either end of June or early July.
It will include new map data as well as some add'l features. To my
knowledge, the route engine only has been changed a little bit."

I wonder if by "the route engine only has been changed a little bit", they mean that it works better now...instead of just making you turn around for no reason, or taking you off a highway, through a city, then back onto the same highway again
