I am using the GPSspeedometer program and I want to change the speedometer to use the picture of the gauges from my car. So I changed the background to my gauges, but The speedometer needle angle is off and the needle is too long. I want the needle to begin horizonal to the left, and the needle to be shorter. How do I do this?

Not sure if this is relevant, but if you need to edit an SWF file but don't have access to the source (FLA file), there's a program called Sothink SWF Decompiler. It'll let you edit parts of the flash file without needing the original file. Comes in handy.. big time!
