Any free windows software to set the system clock at boot as a one off

Apologies if this is an FAQ but I've searched and can't find anything.

The RTC on my M10000 is rubbish. It has lost a months worth of time in the last few months since I replaced the battery (it think it's June currently).

I would like a simple app that I can run on startup that connects to the GPS, waits for it to get lock, sets the system clock and then goes away. Nothing more.

So far the only apps I've found that aren't stupid prices (some people want $250 - $1000 for this functionality) are NMEAtime and GPS Time and Test. Both of these want to run constantly in the background and presumably do NTP style time slewing rather than just a sudden change.

So does such an app exist? and is free?
