You didn't look very hard did you? This is the website you linked to. If you looked around a little, you would have found this which is the download page you can get the manual, a quick guide and even a test program...

If you need to be spoon fed, perhaps you would be better off buying a ready made solution. Also, a few minutes proofreading your post would be benificial. It makes it hard to understand what you are asking when there are 4 capital letters and 5 pieces of punctation (all in a web address). And this is the FAQ Emporium, which is not a place to ask questions.
