The Missing ser2pl.sys file...

Hi,

I have a BU-353 Weather-proof GPS Receiver bought from mp3car. I installed the drivers via the included cd, but winxp is requesting a file called "ser2pl.sys". I have tried drivers from the cd, from prolific ( http://www.prolific.com.tw/eng/downloads.asp?ID=31) and the manufactor's website. What am I messing up?
