Globalsat BU-353 vs. Holux GR 213

Is there any difference between these two gps units? I see a difference in price ... and the Globalsat is weather proof. Is there anything else that I am overlooking?

Please suggest any other units in the similar price range.

i have the 353 and i love it. i ALWAYS have signal.. hell i had signal in the under water tunnel driving to virginia beach. And being weatherproof means i keep it on top of my car under the sunroof visor.. its survived the entire winter.
