One more thing to add to your neverending "list"
The TerraServer maps aren't working again. Back to the white nonsense instead of a pic.
The connect automatically button makes it so when you open up the application it will automatically connect your GPS/MapMonkey. I'll add in an option for Windows startup and start minimized with the next release. I'll also add in an integrated google maps. The online stuff is coming (real time tracking). I'm not sure about checking the database with an online system though, I"ll add it to my list though. Sorry about it crashing, I'm not sure what would have caused it to freeze up. You are right, it doesn't connect the same way IE does, it is supposed to silently try and connect to the server, that way you don't get a popup asking you to connect every time.Originally Posted by RoyN
Thanks for the suggestions and for testing it out. I am going to be really busy this weekend but I'll see if I can get around to working on those things.

Are you getting that on the Desktop client or car client, or both?Originally Posted by techy101
I just opened it up with your positions and with some of them it is coming up white and some of them are coming up fine. The ones that are white are the ones where the Urban maps aren't offered. There are very few areas where it won't come up white, usually just the big city areas.

it was with the desktop client. The areas I was looking at are the Daytona Beach areas. I'll check some others out.
That would be pretty hard to do.Originally Posted by xdjxklusivex

Good news techy101, I found out why the car client froze on you. I'm fixing the problem right now.

Count me in, time to test it since it looks very cool to me
Suggestion: an option to save all drives to a csv file? Since I use my car for work as well, it might be cool to generate a file something like
[time left][location start] [time arrived][location end] [drived distance]
Since I just could print it and get my boss to give me some money for the fuel and so on, i'm still doing it the old way: Writing it all down on paper
