she sounds like the users at my work, they call a PC a hard drive and switch the pc off with the monitor switch. Worst ever was when one of them had a prob so I gave instructions to click on the start button " it isnt doing anything" came the reply. I heard in the background "no you dont click the mouse on the screen you click the button on the mouse with your finger". I told her she was too dumb to use a computer and hung up on her.

you shoulda heard the guy i had to deal with a couple of years ago who didn't know where his "desktop" was..

i wonder if i still have that recording somewhere.
