Built two, bought one (Mac Mini). Build your own. Usually less expensive, more flexibility.

No need for a case, though.

Definitely build your own if you want it to do exactly what you want.

I was ALMOST done with my first build, built the case for it, all the electronics, software and everything. While trying to take a video of it in action two days ago, I shorted out the positive line to the case ground. Fried my mobo....

I just went out yesterday and bought me some new stuff. Now I gotta build a whole new case cause the one I had already built is too small for the new mobo. The good thing is that all the electronics are done so there's no need to spend time on those.

    Yep:

    Design, fitment:

Printed from ABS on a Dimension 3D printer:

Motherboard in case, custom wiring connections for custom made wiring harnesses. Everything is made to the correct length, one harness carries all the wires for tidyness:

    I am building my own.

What I would like : a complete all in one solution in 2DIN case which looks like the OEM unit.

I started working on it on march.

The project is about 450 hours of work and it isn't finished yet.
