VIA EPIA PD10000 -opinions please :)

just wondering what your opinions are on the PD10000 mini itx motherboard to use in my carPc..

i currently have a 800mhz VIA mini itx m/board, its a lil dated and i want to upgrade and a friend has a PD10000 that he is thinking of selling.

quick info i have found on it :-

Based on the VIA EPIA CL-Series, the VIA EPIA PD Series adds more functionality with the onboard digital I/O and SMBus. It features four COM Ports and digital I/O support that is designed for use in POS systems. Its VT6105 and VT6103 Ethernet controllers make it a perfect fit for use as a hardware firewall system. The mainboard is based on the VIA CLE266 chipset that features an embedded hardware MPEG-2 accelerator and an integrated S3 Graphics UniChrome 2D/3D graphics controller. Its connectivity options include support for up to six USB 2.0 connections, four COM ports and two 10/100 Fast Ethernet ports. The VIA EPIA PD Series also offers support for a range of embedded LCD panels. Its additional expansion capabilities include one PCI slot. With the sizable memory bandwidth of DDR266 SDRAM and the high data transfer speeds of ATA-133, the VIA EPIA PD Series delivers the performance to run commercial digital video and audio applications.

the processor is 1ghz and it can take upto 1gb Ram.

how much should i expect to pay for this board and would it be a good purchase??

    thanx
