    what is an appropriate fuse for a CARPC powersupply

    I would like to connect my carpc powersupply directly to the battery. The powersupply manual recommends a fuse. I've looked here on MP3CAR and seen several. any recommendations on an appropriate fuse for the PS would be appreciated.

    Also, i'm interested in powering USB hubs. Now, i have an extra power supply and i got to thinking that i could use that to power the USB hubs (2) and in the interim it could be switched to turn on when the ACC is turned on for the car. Again, an addtional fuse would be needed for this.

    the size of fuses u need depend on how much watt your power suply is...
    simple rule: ampere = watt / volt
    -> if your power suply is 150 watt, the fuse would be +- 12A (150w / 13v)
