It seems to be the same kit, however the photos depict the wired model instead of the wireless one.
My advice is to contact the seller before to purchase.
Ask to him if he can confirm that it is wireless and if it can send you a real photo of the kit for sale.

The one he mentioned seems to be the wireless version. That seller sells both and uses the same pics for both but the ad specifically states wireless. The wired one is a bit cheaper.

As was for the TPMS interface, also this device will be followed by a plugin for RoadRunner.

The new configuration tool will be multilingual.
