    12v to 5V 1000ma 1 Hub Power Supply

I have seen a few projects for building USB Hub power supplies. Isn't this good enough to power 1 hub?

I guess it also depends what is running on the hub correct?

The PowerLine 0900-21 2000mA Car Cord Adapter has the highest amperage rating that I could find which connects to your cigarette lighter socket. Switch it to 4.5 Volts to handle anything you put on a 4 to 6 port USB hub.
