For RideRunner, it will be a very easy install and get working. The plugin from Mitch is great.
Centrafuse I can't comment on, but I hope others will.
I havn't decided on frontend yet, which ever works best with the hardware. I will probably try both and remove the one i don't like

@Roadwarrior: Nice enclosure and thank you for your appreciation.

@Sledge1: Current pricing lasts until either we finish the Centrafuse software or when MP3Car review and start offering this unit via the store, whichever comes first. I'd order it now as we are literally days off now!

@peter_f: When you say it doesn't run, do you get an error message of any kind or can you provide details of what happens.

@zenonek: What OS are you running? Have you tried uninstalling http://www.craigbrass.net/vcredist_x86.exe , restarting, installing again, restarting and then running the radio?

The CF Plugin still doesnt work for me. I installed the runtime libraries but it didnt make a difference. I should note though that i'm using CF 3.2 beta on all my systems and the incompatibility could be due to that.

Speaking of the CF plugin... is it possible that a separate "radio" plugin be created for people who just wish to use this device as an alternative to the other compatible CF FM radios? Just curious. pssst i know mitch could whip up a radio plugin quick

Is this going to be easy to install and get running? or is there a lot of messing around to get it to work?
I've got everything else i need except for the mobo/ram/hdd to get the CarPC running and they are on their way..
Oh, and how long will the introductory price be going for? Aussie customer btw..
easiest radio i've installed in the car since the Silabs usb device. Infinitely easier than running 12v, gnd, and acc to a directed/visteon HD radio.

The MP3Car review will be complete at weeks end. Just have to make a video of this device goin head to head with a Directed HD Radio in terms of FM reception quality. I will say that so far i'm very impressed!

As in using the FM radio framework you mean? If so, this isn't possible. Because of additional functions needed, it needs to be a dedicated plugin.

You running 3.2 might be the cause of the problem. I will test this version myself later. From 3.2 final, Centrafuse are including our plugin out of the box which will make things easier.

I can confirm the DAB works in Switzerland, Northern Austria (I think these were german transmissions) and Germany.

The radio will pick up DAB at 220kph (~140mph) crystal clear. I haven't tested it at higher speed than that because the autobahn got busy.
The epitome of Function over form and is probably the best Car PC in Europe.

People in the UK get charged in GBP. People in the rest of Europe get charged in Euros. Everywhere else, it is US Dollars. The reason for this is we charge a little more to Europe and even more for anyone outside the EU because it costs us more to post so we factor this in.

That order will go to incomplete status so it is easier just to place a new order at http://www.coolapplab.com/ultimate_c...ona/index.html

You will be able to use the same account to login with on our client area system.
