Are we talking in the Car PC environment here or outside it? Unless you are going to elaborate on what you are talking about, it sounds a bit like you are just mouthing off really...
Regardless of that, I fail to see what that has to do with my ability to sell a product that plenty of people are happy with...

To my knowledge, you are the only user who has an outstanding fault stopping the unit working at all. I have offered you a replacement or refund now which is all I can do. soyfish's board is actually working, just not on one of his machines. But well lets see what happens when others starts to sell a tuner "more" pro made.
1. It is too small of a market.
2. We have already supplied to a lot of the people who would purchase a unit - doubt they would fork out for another when they would get no real benefit.
3. Nobody else can get Venice chips in quantities lower than 2,000 on the first order. That won't be changing any time soon. Even the company I get them off won't be supplying anyone else as the only reason they are supplying me is because somebody who works there is a friend of mine.
That said, the newer boards we are getting manufactured are professionally produced. All I do is put a Venice chip on and send out.
Craig, do you have a prototype of the new board that you can show us?
In a week or so I should have, yes.
