Very impressive....if only you guys could pull this off with an HD radio ;)
Just wish it was easier to write a RR plugin for it, without Dab support in the US its not possible for Mitch or Guino to do it.
The Module is a work of brilliance though, i've had one built by nrgizerbunny running in my car for about 6 months now and its awesome, its just let down by having to run an external app at the moment.
if someone lets me access it via usb over ethernet, im sure i can develop a RR module in a few hours...
If you care to tell me how we do that then i'd be more than happy to give all the access you need tomorrow as my wife has the car till the morning and my module is in it.

Is AM support impossible to add to this device?
I already have a HQCT -e version and this is sweet, but with the move to digital radio soon in Australia, this would be an alternative replacement.
Can't live without my AM radio stations :)
No the module doesnt support AM. Currently this project does not support DAB+ like what you have in Australia.Quote:

Hi Kosti,
Unfortunately the Venice 5/5.1 does not support AM only FM DAB and DAB+ (DAB+ only supported in the 5.1 module and above).
Have a look at all the digital radios in OZ i don't think any support AM, however i have a feeling the AM stations are broadcasting in digital anyway so problem solved maybe.
