With mouser, they ship everything in separate labeled little "ziplock"-esque baggies. If you order 1 capacitor, you get 1 bag with the part number, value, footprint, manufacturer, and all the other details like when you ordered it and what PO it came from and the 1 cap inside. Makes things really nice and easy.
i completely forgot about mouser. thanks for the reminder!

How about any possibility of a 5V 2.1amp usb female connector for the iPad guys that don't want to rely on hacked up cigarette adaptors? I'm sure this can do far far more that that, but since we're kicking around ideas...

This is an ATX power supply.
Why would you consider an ATX PSU for an iPad when there are 5v point-of-load PSUs that do exactly what you need?
Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
    How about the Wiki?

Under normal circumstances, a signature would go here.

Thanks! It is fun to do so. Well somewhat aggravating, then fun.

I spend almost $1K a month there... Awesome place! Not to mention the amount my company spends on them now that I am there. If you are in the US, I recommend selecting the USPS Priority shipping on checkout. It is always $7, and comes in 2 days including saturdays versus $10-$15 for ground that takes 3-4 business days.

I don't and will not do anything Apple on principle. Not to mention they are in clear violation of the USB spec. It was only 2 months ago that version 1.2 of the charging spec was released and there are no devices yet compatible.

One of my cars has 2 cig lighters available, so that's no issue.

I see no reason to perpetuate the myth of Apple. The most I can do is what I do myself, and so I choose to explicitly not design for Apple-only. Now, if it works with an iTurd and something else, then yay.

I just (read today about 7 hours ago) picked up the rev2 boards and will try to populate it this week. There was too much current chop in the first board because I wanted to prototype it cheaply on 2 layers. The new prototype is 4 layers and with a couple improvements.
