Final product delivery depends on community interest in it :)

yes this will be an expansive installation. Goal is not just hit "upper" market but rather deliver modular innocation so we can do something differently from what ever come as stock option.

Hey all we have progress in our development, prototype is made so next week we will ger metal version done and test operability
can you throw up some more details on the LED ur using?
led can have different configuration. easiest one to integrate is 12V 800 Lumins @ 1.3A
with current footprint we can go up to 2200LM but power adapter would be need as led requires 16.6v @ 2A
yes we can use power adapters like that. They are OK as alternative but better to get something more reliable. That Chinese design has issue with voltage stability. Ex we had 16V regulated output but under 2A load voltage drops to 14V which results in lower light output and thtas not fun. We think problem in capacitors that they are using.
havent been here for a while we have manufactured updated heat sink which is lighter and more better in terms of temperature disbursement. It is compatible with all Bridgelux ES high power LED arrays. Tested with 880 /1500lm bulb with fan runs frozen and if fan stop led runs withing allowed temperature range!
We still working of reflector part to make it perfect but so far this works quite well!
If any one needs our coolers let me know we got few available!
I do hope you won't have that PC style fan on a production model since those are not weather proof and will die quickly.
You may want to use a different style of heat sink if they create that much heat. Or maybe even consider a thicker heat sink of similar design with a water cooler setup for them. I would trust putting a water cooling radiator in front of my regular radiator and a water pump pumping antifreeze through both headlights and the radiator before trusting something like this...
