    CANBUS library?

    Has anyone started a CANBUS library of "hacks" to operate radios that require CANBUS outside of the car?

    It is a real PITA to try to work on an OEM "entertainment system" outside of the car without a CANBUS simulator.

    I got some information from a friend who is a software "guru" in set-top boxes.

    He got done with a conference and there is a LINUX application people working on radio hacks.

    Hopefully, they will have a user group/forum.

    A real product opportunity here when you can buy a "radio simulator" to spoof the OEM radio and install anything else in its' place.
