A radiator plugin will cripple the unit's funtionallity (no AM or RDS support) but it's doable. Already posted on the FAQ (along with info on the frontend support).

I'm truly amazed. That looks & sounds incredible!

Sorry this may be a little off topic, but let me get this out...

This is directed to all the guys that are helping the community and building this radio...

I was out today with my wife when I got the terrible news that my dad had a heart-attack and passed away this morning. We spent the next little while calling some loved ones and drove around town to just let things sink in a little.

Once we kinda settled down we headed home and I proceded to check my phone messages and emails in case anybody was trying to get a hold of us. As I was checking my email, I got one from mp3car regarding an update to this thread. I immediately clicked on the link and noticed there was a video of the radio working. I downloaded the video and both my wife and I sat here and watched it.

It in fact brought a little smile to our faces for the first time all day and actually made me forget of the terrible thing that happened earlier in the day.

To all the guys here and one for my father...I crack open a cold one!

How is the FM audio quality with the proper antenna hooked up? Is it coming in crystal clear? It's kinda hard to tell from the video.

Then try the MP3, to me its sounds pretty damn good.
