I was looking through the documentation and this looks like it is the proper wiring config for the unit.
on another note, where can you buy these units?

WAAS works by using a geostationary satelite to correct your position and give greater accuracy, the problem is that it is stationed above the United States!Originally Posted by Spaghetti
We will have our own version soon as the European Space Agency is going to position one above mainland europe. The standard for this is called EGNOS and will be compatible with WAAS although you may need a firmware update.

Ok, check this out. Using the internal serial interface on my MII I wired the GPS unit Data out to serial Datain and GPS unti Data in to Serial Data Out... As for the power, right next to the internal COM2 there is a 6 pin IRDA pin configuration, since Serial ports do not have power I could have used a 3.3v line from the ATX power supply but that would have required me to tap into a line...
So what I did was use the 3.3v & ground from this IRDA connector, because I'll never be using that it worked out great.. plus even better was that it is less than an inch away from the internal com port...
Progress [I will seriously never be done!]

Could you take a picture of your wiring, please?Originally Posted by IntellaWorks
you have to purchase the antenna seperately, and you have to make sure that you are buying the unit that has the plug with pins instead of the ribbon cable. for ease of soldering wires.
