AFAIK, it should work with with any model v1.

I need to get mine sent in to upgrade it to the latest

Hello,

Drait : We would install 2 V1 on your cars, because we have here, some radars ( such as new automatic radars ) which need better detection. We'll have a V1 looking forward, and the second one on the rear looking backward. I'll so softwarely "mute" the rear alerts of each one tom combine on a single virtual display

)

) Not at all... On some automatic radars we have detection at less than 50meters.... So a friend of me create me an "upgrade", kind of metallic horn to add on the one of the V1

I'll test it soon.

actually, I think t would be better to mount one facing forward, and one facing left/right since the 'side' arrows dont differentiate, and you already have front/rear with the v1

There's no need for the Side arrows. When reading the V1 manual, you learn that side alerts aren't for radars.... ( and more when there are 2 bogeys, for automatic doors for example ).

Have you already opened your V1 ?

)
If so, compare the side of the front and back horn ( I've got pics of this if I remember well )...
And you must know that here in France, RD are totally forbidden.... So we need to stealthy and remotely install them in the cars...
So the front V1 very often has metal parts ( such as motor parts ) just "behind" him (it?)... and radar waves hate metallic parts, it stops them...

And don't be afraid for me

I'm not a kind of little dummy who doesn't know about what he's speaking

can you post some pics of your opened V1 in this thread?
V1 disassembly

Especially the solder points for the reciever and the locations of the clips and or screws. I think you said something earlier about trying to increase the range. Howd that work out?

I have updated the schematic, and it how has support for the official remote display, as well as better mute handling (the old one would press the mute button if you unplugged the usb and pluggend it back in.

This is the design that I am planning to get some circuit boards made from. I am still trying to track down the best place, but I will keep you updated.
