    Look at the CMCON register bit 3. You probably want it set to 0 so that the CVref (RA0 & RA1) outputs are connected to C1 & C2 Vin-. Then your Vin+ will be connected to your analog input. When Vin+ crosses Vin- (CVref) it will trigger a 0/1 on the output.
