$11 Digital Camera

So I wanted to make a worklog with pics to post but I dont have a digital camera, so I thought about disposable cameras. I would be a pain to take pics, develop the film and have them put on a CD and then upload them. Then I remembered about those disposable digital cameras that Ritz/Wolf has. So after a bit of

I found a way to hack those bastards to use a usb connection.

You can set the limit to whatever, one guy set his to 199, apparently the flash memory is obserdly large (12mb?). The quality is what you'd expect from an $11 camera, about 1.3 mega pixels I think.

Theres also a V2 thats almost $30 aswell.

1.3 megapixels isn't bad.

1.3 megapixels itself isn't bad, but they use bottom of the barrel chips, plastic lenses, etc. The quality is pretty poor. Then again, can't argue with $11!

If you have a scanner, you don't have to put the pics on CD. Just a thought

Yeah I have a scanner. Its hack an $11 dollar camera or get pics developed every time and scan and/or opt to put them on cd.

So I picked on up and hacked it, unfortuitly the shutter button run off on me and now I have to get a new one and start all over agian. The main problem is getting drivers...
