I'm almost 100% sure if a cop sees your car parked with over-tinted windows they still can give you a ticket.

i've seen this before cheack out the clear roof on a maybach (do a search if you don't know what it is) when they press a button inside the roof changes from see through glass to opaque glass like the kind you see on shower doors

Where can you buy just the film itself, not the glass. I have been looking for weeks and I can not find a place that sells it

Electric Window Tint film? I don't think that exists. If i remember correctly the glass is specially made for this. Either polarized or lcd
