Yeah me too, $250 seems ok to me, thats $63 a wheel, is that about the cost of a US tyre?

IF my math holds $250=150ukp/4=37ukp a corner or a little over what I pay for economy tyres.

Problem would be the import duty+vat etc addding extra on top.

Only option I could see would be to wire cash to someone US side and have them repack it and send it UPS with the words 'free sample' or 'birthday gift' on it.

the biggest thing that will get saved isn't only the tires, but THE RIMS..... especially if running low pro's.... low air in a tire can spell disaster on a nice pothole.... I always run around 40 psi in a fwd w/17's.... haven't bent a rim yet..... I've bent a few when I used to run 32 psi....

I run 32psi and live in Boston, pothole city. I've hit some massive ones, sending the struts slamming to the stops. Luckily, no rim damage... yet.

not with me, no hardware were I am!, uk suppliers charge us the $ *2 +vat for fancy items.

Only way we get a good price is to find things on ebay from HK or china, and hope customs dont open it and screw us.

Our postal service charge about $40 for processing items that attract duty, even if the duty is a $.....

    boy my *** is sore...........

I've got the majority of the software working. I just need to finish up the circuit boards and splice everything in. I just haven't had any time the last few months. Soon

There's a pic and a video of the front end here.

looks great, my prev post was to tyre pressure sensing which I wanted to integrate, hardware to do a dash is in most cars / scrapyards or a few pics.

Wished I could handle software better, just as soon as I'm getting used to vb everyone wants to go .net, but I would sooner go gwbasic!

    Oh how I liked cobol.
