Hello!
I'm working with a CarPC and I want to install a circiut who
enables a relay so the computer can start.
And I also want the circiut to shutdown my computer "soft" by "pressing the power button once" so that windows shutsdown. One minute later the relay should close the "main power" so that if not the computer has shutdown it lost its power.
Any idea how to do this?

it's called a shutdown controller, search the forum and you'll find hundreds of pages of info. it can be done lots of ways, depending on how much you want to spend on it, whether you want to build it from scratch, and how fancy you want it to be. for instance, some people do it with just relays and a few discrete components, other people use microcontrollers and such, like my design
