    Reposted - this products is USB 1.1 and came out in 2004. It seems very promising and I was actually just looking them up today on the net. Came here and searched the forums and found your post:

    Looks like someone was already trying to get it added to Frodoplayer quite some time ago:

    I'm actually thinking this might be a good buy - still no word of a fellow MP3Car person with one of these. Ballpark prices are around $40 US. Anyone find any US vendors selling these?

    I tried to use on of these in my carputer configuration, but reception was....erm...awuful.

    I think the only way to get a strong signal is connecting directly to the car aerial, but this item get that signal via headphones cable.

    As I said in other thread, I'm thinking of soldering an ISO connector to the receiver and connect it to the car aerial, but I'm not sure I will burn my car
