I've never used Media Center or Media Portal, so I don't know if they support external plugins.

If they do, then it's definitely possible to get it working.

I still haven't tested reception in my truck hooked to my stock antennea. Its on my to-do list ;-) I'm just not a huge fan of taking my dash apart.

Also, I've gotten used to listening to the radio while at my desktop, so I may have to buy another for use in my truck ;-)

(I need a RDS stream supplier for my RDS Interpreter tests (from Areoanderz originally written for the HQCT))

I ordered 2 with 2 credit cards (from a friend) and both are not working - I HATE credit cards

looks like its Out Of Stock again, do they only get them in 1's !

I think it's always out of stock. They order them from the manufacturer when they get an order. Mine is scheduled for delivery for tomorrow -- 3 weeks after my order.

I'll post some test results as soon as I can.

I ended up picking one up. Decent reception in my room... If you play with the string aeral it came with, you loose reception fast. Also found the RDS to be a bit sluggish, and will only work on FULL reception.

I have yet to try it on a real antenna... Only can cross my fingers.
