here is a pin layout of radiosat 6010

Just one more question. Are the signal ground for D2B and common car ground connected together or not.
I wouldn't assume that. If you can, opto isolation is always safer I think.
I agree about opto isolation between PC and CAR but my question was about CAR GND and TX-RX-GND part, becouse 12V from REMOTE HU is used for pull up voltage for transistor, but if there is some kind of isolation between CAR GND and TX-RX-GND for D2B it will not work, tomorow i will take out HU and measure resistance betweeen HU GND and HU TX-RX-GND
I have pins on 10 pins ISO connector style on HU.
I am at the moment in stage of collecting peaces and i will probably make first testing on weekend.
Thanks for help Vince
how to emulate display info in carputer like virtual display
hu info displaj to carputer...
i have i2c interface
I guess your question isn't particularly related to Renault cars, Tuner List head units and CD changer emulators, right ?Originally Posted by NOKIALKATEL
In this case, I would kindly advise you to use the search menu of the forum and look for "I2C display" or something like that for more appropriate threads.
In case you don't find any result, don't hesitate to start a new thread but please be more precise : What are you missing ? Hardware interface ? Software driver for the I2C display ? Plug-in for Winamp or a Front-end ? Is the I2C display part of your car or is it a stand-alone display ? Make ? Model ? The more details you give, the higher the chances you'll get a useful answer.
Good luck.
Wooh... Looks like it doesn't have much in common with what we know.Originally Posted by Graf
The most worrying part I think is that pin 2 is labelled "CD Changer communication data link (+), data" and 3 the same with "(-)" and "!data".
Unless the guy who wrote this sheet had fun changing the labels to look more cool, it looks more like a balanced signal than a Rx/Tx pair
Moreover, as there is no information regarding direction, I guess it's a bus type of communication...
In this case, all has to be started again from scratch and hardware part won't be that easy I'm afraid...
Do other members share the same feeling?
faceplate software emulateheadunit with remov.faceplate,
now=headunit---->faceplate
?
headunit---->software or frontend emulate interface er i2c from headunit to seriel
yes I agree with that here below is some table list of HU and CD changersOriginally Posted by Vicne

Philips (D2B) DC459, DC461, DC594/62L, DC459/62L Philips D2B
SAT6000, SAT6010
it is definitely D2B bus, which means that it needs TX-RX to bus interface or
try and se what happens

thanks vicne all what you wrote is rightOriginally Posted by Vicne
is seems that d2b is bus and probably it is different protocol also
anyway in the meantime i have developed a board for opto isolated version for TUNER LIST HU series and i will put it on the net tomorow
it will have no use for me but it will save some time to somebody else
