It's not S-Video if it has that pin-out, looks like composite and your missing a piece.
Should be pretty straight forward.
Go to radio shack and get some RCA jacks (the ones that open up and you can solder to the barrel and tip).
Put 12v to 12v,
Wire the VIDEO pin to the tip lead of the RCA jack and the barrel of the RCA Jack to ground and then the GND pin to ground.
Might want to plug it into something you don't care about too much when you test it, like an old tv.
