Edit: ok its working, stupid me forgot to change the MS per int to get it done, but the above settings worked perfectly. Only thing I have now is just a small bit of crackling when the PC resumes from Standby/hibernate but its only for a few seconds and quickly goes away, a little annoying but honestly I dont want to mess with anything at this point if its working.
