the reason i ask about the 5A , is becouse i dont know how the tablets work internally. i dont know if they are designed to drow as much ampere as they can, or if they , limit them. and i am not willing to find it by trial and error. is it so hard to understand it??
the reason i try to teach you, is becouse history has proven you need it.
the reason i try to make something, instead of buying it, is becouse it's the only way i can be sure, its suited to do what i need it to do.

it's true that if i tried to build the first PC, it would cost me, but its also true , that if all people where like you, and always tried to buy something instead of making it, then i would be writing you my reply, from that first IBM pc, ...

    When? (LOL!)

The basics of electrics - you only need supply the correct voltage; the load takes care of the draw.
    Does a 10A AC supply blow a 1A radio etc; or a 100A battery supply blow a a 3W/250mA bulb?
You don't need to now "how the internals", all you need to know is its voltage and that you can supply or exceed the current required.

Sorry for the interrupt, but curiosity got the BETter of me. (I'm betting a 3-way wiki.)

I'll put that down to language difficulties.

I was asking you to clarify your "history has proven you need it" wrt you trying to teach me stuff. I was hoping for exampless.

As to your previous quoting, - if you think a 5V 1,000A supply can burn out a 5A 100mA load, what can I say? Or is an explanation necessary?
If I misunderstood your meaning - fine - but I'd still like to know what YOU have tried to teach me.

Just say you can't answer. That also saves you losing that bet.

Disagreeing with someone or pointing out an error is not flaming. I rarely flame.
    But I do hate transference.

    Good luck.

You would be wrong because if you did a survey of his messages where anyone challenges something he says it is more like 3/4ths or more. And it is about information no one cares about or is inaccurate. Which is why I no longer engage. He has even bragged about how people he has had these discussions with have left. He feels somehow privileged that he chases off people. And even if you prove him wrong he won't acknowledge it. We have a boss like that here. Unfortunately he is the plant manager now and he fires those that challenge him. So you just have to decide it is not worth trying to correct him, you are wasting your time.

Trust you to engage. Read your comments about me and it describes you - won't listen etc etc. But I suppose you got the hint after one of your last engagements where two repliers agreed with me. Did any support you?
You do not engage. You claim I confustigate with words yet you haven't even checked back with your tutors and lecturers which - according to you - said parallel batteries being charged must be matched - which I know they never said. (As I wrote else inferred, you misinterpreted the demonstration.) I ask how one battery can dump or charge into another when being charged (ie, above ~12.7V) and you have yet to answer.
While you make false claims (eg, like I never knew about diode isolators until YOU mentioned them), though I see most as the joke they are (as do other long timers hereon) IMO but false or flaming statements like that are not fair to newer readers. You guys get confused with electrical issues - imagine how confusing it gets for OPs with basic questions.
And wrt flaming, I thought I was usually quite diplomatic. I even tend to "clarify" Red's false statements rather than stating outright how incorrect they may be.

But sure, keep claiming I do what you are doing (that's transference) - readers here are so inexperienced that they would never see that unsubstantiated opinions and personal comments are an avoidance of continued discussion.
I propose solutions and clarifications, not excuses. But I do understand that a certain level of explanation is above the capability of the inexperienced, or my ability to express adequately.

As to those that leave, I can't help it if they keep supplying their own contradictory statements, quote other false web info, or feel too embarrassed after realisation, or can't handle the actions of moderators.
At least they leave - they usually don't resort to flaming.

Please just stick to technical answers and opinions. The odd slag and joke is fine, but it is counterproductive when overdone.

If my persistence is the problem, cool, but that comes from my view that the other does have something to gain. And my successes way outweigh my failures in that regard.
