I was able to translate the site from German to English using Yahoo's BabelFish translater, but it didn't work to reuse the resulting translated URL as an external link (the resulting link just took you to Yahoo's generic translation page).

Here is the translated description on the page where you download the software...

This program returns the key code or the ASCII indication number of the pressed keys.
Under MacOS the indications number in MacRoman character set and not the university University of number is indicated to X.
The user manual is already contained in the individual installation packages.
