You would pay them $6 for shipping/handling. If you later decide to purchase the product, you would no longer pay the shipping/handling charge.
It's not the best method, a simple download would be more convenient for some of us, but many vendors don't offer any means of testing before purchasing at all ...
They have an official evaluation. If you dont want to pay for it, then use different software. If you are that determined to find a free copy, they do exist but nobody here is stupid enough to help you break the law.
