    Ah. I believe this for unlocking phones etc, so you may want to remove before it becomes a violation for you.

    Obtaining that file may be considered piracy, but unlocking phones recently became 100% legal.

    how do you unlock the phone without that file. ive searched, i cant find anything. i have wm 6.5 samsung jack
