We haven't tested this yet, but felt this was worth blogging about.  Monkeyracer, EL CAMINO , and ThunderStick  using a mash up of their plugins and design skills have created a plugin linking the open source in vehicle Infotainment software called RoadRunner to Garmin's Mobile PC application which I have reviewed in the past.
