Tried it but the Window itself was not detecting the GPS device. I removed the unit from the dash and unhooked both USB line to Blue tooth radio and Sprint USB antenna. I rebooted few times with nothing attached. Then attached the GPS antenna. Finally, Windows detected it, as well as StreetDeck. Thank you all for the support!
