Thank god mines silver. LOL.
LOL, I know shame on me. I think sometimes I get so tense from my install with all the headaches that its causing, that I forget that the controller can actually be made into something else. In fact that is an awesome idea. Maybe the controller can be modified to use the analog sticks like the space navigator thingy. I just happen to have a f#*ked up wired controller laying around after my puppy at the controls. *Bad puppy, bad bad puppy*. I was playing and next thing you know it said controller disconnected. I was like what the h3ll. i look down for the connector piece (they come loose easily) and saw the wire was all eaten up. He was just laying there like he did nothing wrong. The analog stick could be embedded into something, then use Xpander to assign keys to the controller. I can maybe even use the controller with the sony audio controls I bought. *Gives SjLucky a big kiss* Thank you for opening my eyes, I see the light. Although I still don't see the pint of the chat pad, LMFAO, even if you scale down the controller, its still kind of bulky.I personally would NOT like to have the whole controller w/chatpad in my truck. As you said too bulky and two handed operation and lack of function keys. But who says I would be using it to troubleshoot or repair?
I WOULD like to take it apart and install it in such a fashion that people would go "Dude is that a 360 controller and a chatpad?"
Of All People you were the last I expected to get the "think outside the box" speech... Im not mad, just disappointed..
