U using the SC-H1 or the SC-C1 receiver?
Try connecting the RCA audio outputs see if you hear audio.
Perhaps I'm doing something wrong here, but I can't seem to get any audio from my USB SC-C1 device.
The software is telling me that the reciever is not activated, but that is ok because I haven't transfered my subscription from the S50 yet.
The thing that is troubling me is that the optical audio port is not lit red like they usually are, so I'm not sure where to go from here. Would the software give a different error if I wasn't feeding it enough power? The only thing I can really think of is that it's not getting enough power, or that it's broken somehow.
I've had the unit since last July when I ordered it here, just now getting around to installing everything.
Thanks for any help guys.

My carpc worklog
It's the SC-C1 Sirius reciever. Only has the 1/8th mini jack.
Starting to wonder if I'm crazy though, because I asked Mitch about the optical output and he seemed confused like there wasn't an optical interface on the SC-C1 USB interface, but I think he was thinking I was looking for an optical output on the Sirius SC-C1 device itself. (Like the SC-H1 has.)
Thanks again for the help.
Nevermind. I'm crazy.
I tested it out with standard audio cables today and found it to be working.
(This is of course once I found that the sat antenna was also busted, so I replaced it.)
There is no optical output on the USB device. Why I thought there was back in June of last year is beyond me. I even bought a soundcard with optical inputs just because of this.
Thanks for the help guys.
