Ive seen alot of those type of mini keyboards. Almost all of them are IR type, including the one you suggested. For car invironment, multi-user (driver, front pass, rear passanger) RF would be the best way to go.
Its Here
My roomie has one he bought a while ago, and it still wokrs like a charm. THere is a small joystick style mouse on the fight hand side, pretty small too. Just thought I would throw it out there.

i have that keyboard and yes, for $25 thats as good as it gets. the keyboard is really nice because the mouse and keyboard are all one unit. the keyboard is really small too. the only downside is that the IR unit is pretty large. i havent opened it up, but i would be willing to bet that it could be shrunken down.
