    CY-4W-USB-03 What kind of Diode used?

    Hello,

    i have connected my hami-8001 touchscreen to a probably damaged mainboard. the touch-controller been destroyed by overvoltage.

    the diode beside the usb connector was smoking an glowing.

    have you any idea what kind of diode this is? thank you.

    Diode is a Z-Diode - What kind of voltage? Package isn't so important.
