nope, flexible is for different application types.. you would want the glass!.. scratch resistant
I'm looking for a touch screen overlay to fix my Lilliput 619 and I've found a few on eBay for the eeePC. There's two main types, one is flexible and the other is on glass. What's the advantages for each? I know the 619 comes with a glass overlay and I have a feeling the flexible one may be loose when I mount it. Does the flexible overlay work any better than the glass type?

Doesn't the glass type have a plastic touch surface as well? That's what came in my Lilliput.

Jesse, i am not a expert, and could definatly be wrong, but i really think that the glass option is to support the overlay over a unprotected lcd screen-- so if you already have a glass layer on top of the screen, than you would order the standard flexible version.
there you have it, that makes sense sounds like a answer to me![]()
