MTSVO-SC K301 (windows 7?)

I was using winxp but that op sys gave up a few times too many so i decided to try win7 since everything else has been going so smooth.

Well, i hit a rock. Everything works, except the most precious part. Touch screen .

MTSVO-SC K301

I have all the drivers from the CD. I have not yet tried compatibility modes but thats next.
Has anyone had luck running win7 and touch screens?

I have no idea how to write a driver. i guess its back to XP

Does it use the TouchKit drivers?
The latest version of the TouchKit drivers works on Win7 with my Xenarc screen.

yes it uses touchkit! ZOMG! there may be hope! (after i wipped out the os lol)
Im going to plug it in my notebook and see if it gets detected. Thanks!

the touch control keeps connecting, and disconnecting... In the device manager, its as if the computer can see it, and then it cant... it can, and it cant... as if it were turning on and off on and off...

I put the new drivers, software installs ok (using vista drivers on their website) but beyond that, nothing happens.

im going to load up winxp and see what happens from there. hopefully its not my screen finally going bad.
which Xenarc do you have?

Touchscreen confirmed working ok in XP... must be my screen is just so old..

I wouldnt mind buying the screen from you. I need the same style for my install. I will buy this one from you, or I can buy you a screen of your choice and trade you.
