I believe I'm using a PAC SWI-RC in my Hyundai Sonata 2012. Is that resistive?
According to PAC, my Hyundai also is supported by the SWI-PS so I guess I could switch to that if SWI-RC isn't restive. Does anyone know?
Do you have the SWI-RC installed? You can just measure the wire for a changing resistance to see if it is a resistance value.

Problems with JoyCon EX
I am having difficulties with mine, I have a subaru forester 2010 and the controls are most definitely resistive but it is a isolated loop. Meaning that there is no input voltage from any other source.
The other problem seems to be that there is a constant resistance on the controls, something like 400k i am not quite sure at the moment. The resistance does vary with each button press, but seems that only one key is recognized and is continuously pressed (I am assuming this is due to the constant resistance). I tried adjusting the resistance range on the JoyCon but does not seem to make much of a difference.
I should also point out that i am attempting this on an android headunit, but this should not be a problem as it is 4.1 and other keyboard inputs do work.
I suppose what i really need to know is if i need a voltage for the JoyCon to recognize the button press, and how do go about making sure the constant resistance is not recognized as a button press?
I am Having problems with my JoyCon. I have a subaru forester 2010 and the steering wheel controls are definately resistive, problem is that they are an isolated loop (no input voltage from another source) Also they have a constant resistance (something like 400k) which causes a continuous button press.
I suppose my question is, do i need a input voltage for recognition? and how would i go about eliminating the continuous button press.
I should mention that i am attempting this on an android headunit, but it is 4.1 and i have confirmed keyboard input from a standard usb keyboard.
Hi, I'm wondering what hardware I need to use Joycon EX with a Citroen Xsara Picasso 2.0 HDI 2002 to connect the steering wheel interface with joycon, there is adaptors?
