Thread: iPhone mobile mouse

I've used Wiimote pro for the screen. Just to be clear, though, this product allows you to use your iPhone or iPod Touch to control your Mac or Windows machine. It does NOT allow you to use the monitor's touch screen as a control for the iPhone or iPod Touch.

That's actually pretty cool, I played around with it on my work computer and iTouch, I think it may be replacing my media center remote/keyboard at home.

I've actually been trying to implement the same thing, I used mobile mouse while at home as it utilized the local wireless network. However I haven't been able to get mobile mouse to work w/ just the car PC.. i was thinking some type of ad-hoc connection, but no such luck. So if anyone is using this for their car PC please let me know how they are setting up "mobile mouse"

and actually I was just now (before i stumbled on this thread) searching for bluetooth related input as I was planning on using webee++ (for jailbroken iphones) that does esentially the same thing but via a bluetooth connection. I have yet to get either concept to work.

I will say i do LOVE my mobile mouse around my house, I have the server installed on virtually every machine (for when I'm especially lazy) and it functions as advertised over the local network great. great product for in home entertainment centers.
