Here's my setup:



Multiplexer:



Kind of crap multiplexer, it does not save the last selected view (4 cam/2cam/1 cam etc.) after power is turned off. The default is the 4 camera view everytime the car is started.

Side cameras:





Not happy about the distance markers, should have ordered ones without them? Not sure.

Incredibly cheap for what you get, it works perfectly and the picture quality is stunning for such a cheap multiplexer.


Ripp I opened mine up and poured some silicone on top of capacitors and coils, otherwise it won't live long in a car - the hot glue that the factory had applied on top of the coils was knocked loose in the mail transit to Denmark...

Does your multiplexer save the last selected view after unplugging the power/turning off the unit on the front panel (mine has no power button on the remote). WHatever I do, mine always starts with the 4 camera view, no matter what I try.

That looks like a pretty cool camera. I bought a similar one that was also 10.2" for my RV. I found it at a site called Tadi Brothers. They sell different types of backup cameras and other cool gadgets.
