where i can find camera very small like bmw 7 series camera ?

look for 'pin hole' cameras. they will be the closest universal size like that.

They're all over the place. I bought my first one off ebay. Are you using it just for backup cam or for all the time on? Either way most will probably be cmos but I would look for higher resolution with night time adjustment and auto white balance.
