This is the BMW E90,E91,E81,E87 steering wheel controls connector, this connector is connected to the clock spring in the steering wheel, and the signal wires go to the control box. You can get the signal wires after the clock spring. Because the signals(Right Signal, Left Signal) are resistive, they can be connected to CarPC JoyCon Exr(Ex) channels directly.

Nope.
The E46 has iBus and the signals sent are digital not resistive
Do a search for reslers ibus interface.
There is a way for BMW E46.
CaPC JoyCon converts only resistive(voltage) signal into the signal of USB keyboard and HID remote controller.
There is two point from which you can get the signal of the steering wheel controls as this post.

1. If you get the signal from the clockspring
If it is resistive, it can be connected to CarPC JoyCon Exr directly.
2. If you get the signal from the radio connector
If the signal is CAN, you need a stalk adaptor that converts the CAN signal into resistive(voltage) signal.
That is to say.
CAN signal -> [Stalk adaptor] -> resistive signal -> [CarPC JoyCon Exr] -> signal of USB keyboard and HID remote controller.
You can use the stalk adaptor for Sony(or Pioneer) to convert CAN signal into resistive(voltage) signal.
There is many kind of stalk adaptor for each vehicle.
